Windy City Pro Wrestling # 28 The Friday After
Gordon : Hello there , we are one week removed from Black Friday. A week and one day removed from Turkey Day Turmoil and now we have two major stops . New Year’s Eve at the Hilton Hotel Ball Room and then from there Wrestle Kingdom . IWA’s biggest show of the year . I’m Gordon Solie. This is Windy City Pro Wrestling and right now the IWA World Tag Team Champions are in the ring .
Harley Race and Nick Bockwinkle vs Rocky Stone and Mike George : The champs seem to be in a hurry tonight . Stone never even makes a tag . Race hits him with a knee lift and Bockwinkle puts him away with a sleeper .
They join Gordon at the podium .
Gordon : Gentlemen a rough holiday for you . Four matches in 6 days and 3 , 3 days in a row . Now you face a team you beat before in Black Wall Street .
Bockwinkle: Mr . Solie , first let’s address the four matches in six days . When you are Champions of the World this is what you do . You defend . Get the dates , time and place and you show up . It’s business as usual for Harley and myself . We will keep doing it too . Now we came away a bit battered , a bit bloody and a bit bruised , we won’t be the same again , no we will be better .
Race : Every ounce of sweat that drips from us , every drop of blood spilled from us , every ache in our body the next day , makes us stronger than the day before . Black Wall Street , they are a different team than the guys we beat months ago out here on tv . They are like us . All they do is win . They went out at Black Friday and proved themselves . We went out on Wednesday and beat The Sheik and Kabuki in a cage . Thanksgiving night . Hell in a cell vs The Freebirds and we beat them . Black Friday , Sawyer and Sullivan in a damn war and we beat them. This past Monday , The Ganges stretched us out 28 ways to Sunday and we beat them . We have more than proven ourselves .
Bockwinkle: Gentlemen , the past is the past and that’s where it stays . Tonight and every night we look to the future , Black Wall Street, two tough , bad ass brawlers . Well , this man to my right , my partner is the best brawler walking this planet and he’s going to punch the damn air out of your lungs and maybe break a rib . I’m going to come in and put you in every painful submission hold known to man . Then like everybody else , you will look around and realized you lost to the best damn tag team in the World . Gordon : Thank you very much gentlemen. Right now women’s action . The winner of this match , takes on the IWA World Women’s Champion Dr . Britt Baker tomorrow night at the Hammond Civic Center. Freddy Miller.
Freddy Miller: Gordon, this match is one fall . First from Minneapolis, Minnesota . Sensational Sherri Martel .
Her opponent from Staton Island . She is the Staton Island Princess , Carmella !
As the two women go to lock up Carmella trash talks Sherri , calling her a washed up has been and shows no respect and pie faces her . Sherri slaps Carmella across the face and then clotheslines her . Sherri stomps on her , Carmella rolls out of the ring and Sherri goes after her . She slams the Princess’ head into ring apron and Bodyslams her on the floor . She drops an elbow and then rolls her back into the ring.
Sherri drops a knee across the forehead of Carmella and then just rains down punches on her . The ref orders Sherri to quit . Sherri starts arguing with the ref and Carmella , knees her in the back . Carmella now gets off a vertical Suplex and then chokes Sherri on the bottom rope , breaking just before 5 . Mella goes to lock in Code of Silence , but Sherri is in the ropes .
Carmella hits a hangmen’s ddt on Sherri and now waits . Sherri slowly staggers to her feet , Carmella goes for a Princess Kick , but Sherri turns it into a Dragon Screw . From there Sherri hits an Atomic Knee Drop!! Now Sherri works a step over toe hold . Carmella gets to the ropes . Sherri before breaking slams Carmella’s knee in the mat . Sherri hits another Dragon Screw and then locks in an Ankle Lock ! Sherri grapevines the leg and lays to one side . Carmella is trapped and has no choice , but to tap .
Post match The Hex comes to the ring and attacks Sherri . It’s short lived however as Heather Monroe runs out with a chair . The Hex bails . Sherri joins Gordon at the podium .
Sherri : Gordon , real quick . Marti, Allyson , we will deal with you two soon . Britt Baker, tomorrow night , you will end up just like Carmella .

Gordon : Quite an evening planned . Right now we have nontitle action . Shinsuke Nakumura and Ultimo Dragon the Windy City Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions taking on Chris Adams and Will Osprey and there seems to be some issue here .
Ultimo and Nakumura are shouting in Japanese at Adams who is walking around ringside . Urging him to get in the ring .
Adams goes to the podium .
Adams : Gordon , there seems to be an issue . Will is not here . Apparently there were some dealings going on in the front office over the holiday week , while Mr . Rose was away and we aren’t getting the full story . Could I get a new partner . Maybe bring a couple of guys out here and let me select someone . What’s Ibushi doing ?
Gordon : Well, i know Kota Ibushi is in fact in Japan on a good will tour , he won’t be back until midnight tonight . Perhaps the Hardy’s . One or the other ?
Adams : They have food poisoning. Their mom undercooked the Turkey . You two , I can’t understand a bloody word your saying . You know what , stay there , I’ll be right back .
Gordon : Well , I’m not sure where Chris is going , but I see Dynamite Kid and Chris Benoit have taken an interest . Can we maybe get them to take this match . I understand that Mr . Rose is away until tomorrow night . He’s trying to straighten out some mistakes that were made in his absence .

Adams comes out with Gino Hernandez. They storm the ring and now a fight is on . Nakumura and Ultimo bail out . Gary Hart is throwing a fit . Ref Mike Smith counts out the champions .
Gordon : Apparently, Chris Adams and Gino Hernandez have won this contest by count out .
Chris Adams: At Turkey Day Turmoil, this man refused to let my hair be cut . He fought off that spoiled privileged brat Christopher and Snuka . He offered his hand and friendship , but I was too stubborn and too angry and too prideful to shake it . Well , I’m going to correct that mistake now .
Gino : Gordon , it’s like this . Sometimes brothers fight . Sometimes egos get in the way , but in the end they get it right . Gary Hart, you blinded me . Turned me on my partner , my best friend , my brother . Well , in that moment , when I saw that straight razor headed for my brother, I reacted in away any brother would . We lost Will Osprey and he went back into free agency . The Hardys due to labor disputes are gone . So I’m having to rebuild . I’ve made a 3 person trade , which will bring one guy in here I’ve always wanted .
Randy Orton hit the free agent market and we resigned him , he’ll be debuting tomorrow night .
Now I would like Kerry Von Erich to join us .
Kerry comes out with Gary Hart.
Hart : John , what is the meaning of all this .
Rose : First you bald prick , you will refer to me as Mr . Rose or you will find yourself unemployed . Second Im talking to strictly Kerry .
Kerry winning the Windy City Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title is a big deal . It’s more money in your pocket and not to mention our company’s number one guy . You are the main event on every card but World Title matches .
In speaking of World title matches . You made us proud on Thanksgiving night . You got Ric Flair’s attention and the rest of the world . So you will be seeing him again . Kerry , that American Television Title however , I have to ask you for . You can’t defend both belts .
Kerry : Mr . Rose , I’m happy to give you this title . I told everyone , the only way I would lose this belt is to give it up and that’s exactly what I did .
Gary ? I have a question . Where in the hell were you ? You showed up for Survivor Series , but left me by myself . I’m the reason you even have a manager’s job . Dark Hart was about done until you signed me . So as of now , you are fired .
It’s like this , I didn’t need HHH . I didn’t need my damn brothers and I sure as fuck don’t need Gary Hart . I’m one of the top five wrestlers in the world today and I’ll prove it time and again . Oh and Mr . Rose , I don’t your or these idiotic fans to prays me . I know I’m the best this company or any company for that matter has to offer . Here is your tv belt .
Rose : He’s a cocky bastard, but he makes the ratings go up . Now , Gordon . Next week we start a 8 man tourney . It will conclude on Christmas Night . Also, tomorrow night , I have signed The Dynamic Duo to take on Shinsuke Nakumura and Ultimo Dragon and yes , the Windy City Pro Wrestling Tag Team Titles are on the line .
Oh and how about we conclude this night with a Hulk Hogan taking on Yokozuna in our main event . Freddy Miller . Let’s go .

Yoko and Hogan both get in the ring and don’t wait for the intros Freddy bales the hell out . The two monsters stand in the ring and battle it out toe to toe . Yoko lights Hogan up with a karate chop to the top of the head . Big leg drop by Yoko . 1…2… Hogan kicks out . Yoko clamps down on a nerve hold . Hogan in trouble , but starts to Hulk up . Hogan breaks out of it and then gets off a side belly to belly on the monster . Hogan staggers him with a big boot . Gary Hart gets up on the ring apron , but Dusty comes out and pulls him down !! Yoko staggers up . ACE BOMBER BY HOGAN !!! He covers 1……2……3 !!!!
