IWA Board of Governor Meeting 10/18/2021

Good morning everyone! We have several pieces of business to cover this week, so let's get to it......


1. I have asked Brandon several times in the chat how he's coming along to posting his first show and I never got a response. It's been a month since he joined and the draft happened. He has 7 days to get a show posted or his roster will be shut down.


2. Violence of the Lambs is this Saturday.  Please get your matches in to JR by Friday.  This show on paper is one hell of a lineup. So let's step up and deliver!

3. I will be sending everyone the matchups for the 2nd round of the IWA TV Tournament.  Please get your votes back to me asap so I can work on that.

4. And finally..... it's time to do nominees for the rankings of October.  We will be adding the TV division this month
So send me your top three talents in each of these fldivisions.....

Women

I was under the assumption that was what everyone voted on when we did monthly voting. I will leave it to the majority..... do you want to vote on the matches for Violence of the Lambs?

i think we should come up with a different way for the TV TITLE RANKINGS because i don't want it to be just another title we have.1 thing i have thought about is every month the TV CHAMP should get an automatic nomination in the WORLD TITLE VOTING.Example-(Insert Champ) gets included in the WORLD TITLE NOMINATIONS automatically then we vote for our top 7 as usual.Any other ideas would be gladly accepted.


As far as the the VOTL Title Matches i thought that was already decided when we voted awhile back.


my VOTL Match will be sent soon.It won't be a long match because i haven't really put much thought into it latel..

Im fine with the tv champ getting the automatic #1 Contender spot. Although i will say i hate the idea of the tv champion having to relinquish his title to get the title match against the world champ. They did that on the Swarm.....i always thought that idea sucked.

yeah the idea about giving up the title just for a title shot isn't a good idea because the title would wind up vacant a lot...
