Tony Schiavone and David Crockett welcome everyone to the show then preview the show.
Craig Johnson is at the interview podium with NWA Owner Jim Crockett Jr.Crockett announces that he has hired Cowboy Bill Watts to be the NWA Commissioner and he will be here next week to take charge..He also mentions that a tournament will take place in a few weeks to crown the 1st NWA National Heavyweight Champion.He also says the 1st NWA Television Champion will be crowned in a few weeks.
match # 1- Brad Armstrong w/ Bob Armstrong -vs- Jordan Cruz winner-Brad by pinfall time-5:09 after the match Craig Johnson interviews Brad at the podium.He says that he's glad to be in the NWA and looks foward a long successful career in the NWA.
a promo for DAVID VON ERICH is shown to 'La Grange' by ZZ Top.He will make his debut next week.
-COMMERCIAL BREAK-
Craig Johnson is at the interview podium with JJ Dillon and Konga The Barbarian.JJ says he represents a few people who will all be making their NWA Debuts in the next few weeks..He also finds it laughable that David Von Erich is gonna be coming to the NWA because he is a nobody from a nobody family..He says his group of wrestlers will dominate the NWA and the IWA.
match # 2- Terry Taylor -vs- Barry Horowitz winner-Taylor by pinfall time-4:26

main event- Steve & Scott Armstrong w/ Bob Armstrong -vs- Tim Horner/Sam Houston winner-Armstrongs by pinfall,Steve pinned Sam time-11:43 after the match Jim Cornette comes out.This is the biggest example of what's wrong with this world.A main event featuring 4 jobbers.Why on earth would anyone think that these clowns should be in the main event of any pro wrestling show?But i have a solution for everyone.Ladies and gentlemen i bring you the Best Tag Team To Ever Grace A Pro Wrestling Ring.Loverboy Dennis and Beautiful Bobby,The MIDNIGHT EXPRESS. 'The Chase' begins playing as the MX come out and come to the ring as the show comes to and end.

Jim Cornette will be someone i know i will have fun with because i never had him before.
