Beyond’s style focuses on the different fighting styles that are employed by its’ wrestlers (brawling, hybrid, technical, strong style, and lucha libre) with a heavy emphasis on the competition and the combatants fighting spirit .... In Beyond, it is a variety of wrestling  with a little mix of Attitude era-WWF ....

Huge pyro explodes from the stage and 10,000 strong are on their feet in the Beyond ‘Asylum’ in SoCal .... Mauro Renallo and Corey Graves join us ringside and it’s time to go ‘BEYOND’!!!! ...




We get the opening pyro as MAURO RENALLO and COREY GRAVES hype tonight’s show ....


Mauro and Corey welcome the fans, but they start off the show by having some disturbing footage to show us that the cameras picked up earlier this afternoon ....

The Revival attack the Steiners as they arrive to the building .... it’s another huge brawl between the teams but the Revival end up slamming Rick Steiners arm in a car door!  The Revival are taken away, but trainers and doctors are there to check on Rick Steiner ....


Chris Jericho comes out to start the show .... Jericho puts himself over and talks about facing Finn Balor tonight .... Balor comes out and wants to fight right now!  So we get the ELITE title match to kick off tonight’s show!



Lots of chain wrestling to start.  Feeling out process with neither man getting an advantage.  Balor quickens the pace but Jericho matches his intensity and the action spills to the floor with Balor hitting a dive over the top.  Jericho comes back with a dropkick to the knee and goes to work on Balor, taking time out to heckle the fans.  Balor battles back with a sling blade, then a shotgun dropkick but Jericho rolls to the apron.  COUP DE GRACE TO JERICHO ON THE APRON!  From here on it is all Balor but Jericho keeps surviving one way or another.  Balor misses the Coup De Grace in the ring allowing Jericho to get him in the Walls of Jericho!  Ask Him!  Balor escapes to the ropes, and avoids the Judas Effect and rolls Jericho up for a close 2 count!  Another slingblade!  This time Balor gets the shotgun dropkick and he scales the ropes .... COUP DE GRACE!  Balor makes the cover, but the bell rings!!!!  

There is confusion post-match, but the ref explains that the time limit had expired before the 3 count!  Jericho quickly grabs the belt and leaves, having barely escaped with the title ... again.


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ CHARLY CARUSO

Charly is standing by with the Scott Steiner .... Scott says his brother is at the hospital having pins put in his arm after what the Revival did earlier today .... but he’s here to demand a match against the Revival next week .... With his brother or without him, he’s coming for payback next week and he doesn’t care if he has to fight both of them!

UP NEXT: Brand new Beyond tag team champions The Miz & John Morrison come out with the rest of the A-List (Taya & Maryse) .... they are out here to celebrate winning the tag titles .... everyone wants them on their show, from the Joe Rogan podcast to Howard Stern to The View and others .... They were already stars, but now since they are the champions they are getting mobbed in airports, on the red carpet, etc. ... They introduce their new ‘bouncer’, Alexander Hammerstone ....


Hammerstone is 6’4” 250 lbs and he isn’t there for their protection, he’s there for YOURS .... Miz & Morrison take the opportunity to run down Johnny Gargano & Candice LeRae and talk about how ridiculous it was for them to be in the match in the first place ....

This brings out the Stampede Bulldogs, who want to be the first ones to challenge for the tag titles .... They want a match next week, and the A-List accepts but says it will be non-title because the Bulldogs have been here for a cup of coffee and don’t deserve it ....


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ JENN DECKER

Jenn interviews Chris Jericho, who brags about beating Finn Balor earlier .... Jenn reminds him he didn’t beat Balor but   Jericho says he is the one standing here with the title so he looks like a winner .... Daniel Bryan interrupts .... Bryan says Jericho still has the belt so Bryan gets the next shot .... Jericho blows him off .... Bryan attacks Jericho and slaps on the YES Lock right there in the interview set!  Jericho is tapping!  Bryan let’s go and says that’s the 2nd time he made Jericho tap and he will do it again and this time he will do it for the title ....


Jay Lethal comes out and calls out Lance Storm .... Storm says he is the best pure wrestler there is but he didn’t beat Lethal last week .... Storm will only wrestle in Pure matches?  Well let’s do it again but let’s do it with no time limit .... Storm comes out and calls Lethal a fool for wanting to wrestle him again, and promises to embarrass him ....  



Lethal forces Storm to use 2 rope breaks early on .... Storm uses the 3rd rope break as a way to inflict further damage to Lethal while he is working him over .... Storm gets the Canadian Maple Leaf but Lethal escapes to the ropes .... Lethal hits a Superkick and Lethal Injection but can’t cover in time and Storm kicks out .... Lethal hits ‘hail to the king’ but Ethan Page is out and pulls Lethal out to the floor!  Lethal with rights to Ethan Page and the ref doesn’t know what’s going on .... Josh Alexander from the other side hands something to Storm, who uses it to KO Lethal and get the pin!


Storm, Page & Alexander leave together after the match ....  


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ CHARLY CARUSO

Adam Page is interviewed .... things have started slow for him in BEYOND .... He has a win over Nikita Koloff but hasn’t gotten many more opportunities ....

He is interrupted by Shawn Michaels & Diesel!  HBK has something to say .... He says they whipped Rock with a belt last week and taught him where he ranks on the pecking order .... He hears another ‘straight to streaming B movie’ is calling the Rocks name so he might want to get out while he can ....

Page snatches the mic away from HBK .... HBK keeps calling Page ‘kid’ and Page gets mad .... Page slaps HBK but Diesel drills Page .... HBK backs Diesel off and tells Page he has some balls, he will give him that .... HBK says if Page was looking for a run this ain’t the way to do it and he tells him to get his gear on and meet him in the ring .... Diesel & HBK leave ....



HBK comes in taking Page lightly and it almost costs him.  Diesel is at ringside and Page takes him out with a plancha and nearly gets the pin on HBK after hitting the Turn the Page.  HBK realizes this kid has come to win and he kicks it into high gear, but Page counters the Sweet Chin Music into the Dead Eye for a 2.99999!  Page sets HBK up for the Buckshot Lariat, but HBK catches him coming in with the Sweet Chin Music out of nowhere!  This is enough to get the 3 count for Michaels!


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ CHARLY CARUSO

We get a massive hype video for next weeks main event: match 1 in the ‘best of 3’ series between CM Punk and Hulk Hogan .... it’s the UWF world title vs. The IWA world title, BEST OF 3!!!!



This is a bloody affair.  Nikita dominates early and busts Angle open .... he touches 3 corners but Angle rallies and stops him from touching the 4th .... Angle hits some suplexss and busts Nikita open with the chain now .... Nikita hits a low blow and then chokes Angle with the chain .... Angle with the Olympic Slam and both guys are down .... Rusev and Ivan Koloff both try to get involved, but Shelton Benjamin runs out to make the save for Angle!  Nikita loosens the chain from Angle’s wrist, then is going to hit the Russian Sickle with the chain wrapped around his arm!  Shelton pushes Angle out of the way!!!!   Shelton takes the Russian Sickle with the chain wrapped around Nikita’s arm and Shelton is busted open! .... Angle with the Olympic Slam again to Nikita, and he de-attaches the chain to his wrist and starts touching the corners .... The Russians stop him and triple team Angle but Charlie Haas is out with a chair and takes out Ivan and Rusev!  Nikita is touching the corners but Angle is right behind them touching the corners as well!  They struggle over the 4th corner and Angle prevents Nikita from touching it by locking on the ankle lock!!!!  Nikita rolls forward out of the ankle lock, but that sends Angle into the last buckle and he touches it to win the match!  

POST MATCH: The Russians attack to NUCLEAR HEAT as Ivan, Nikita and Rusev beat down the bloody Angle .... Haas is back in but gets taken out with a Matchka kick from Rusev!  Rusev locks the Accolade on Angle and cranks back as a bloody Shelton Benjamin is crawling across the ring toward Angle to try to help him .... Ivan and Nikita put the boots to Shelton now .... it is carnage as the Russians have totally destroyed Team Angle as the show goes off the air ....
