Shane McMahon begins the show by welcoming the viewing audience .... This is Beyonds first big Youtube ‘Takeover’ show and he titled this show ‘Inception’ because the IWA is a new beginning for everyone who is tired of all the corruption, politics and general BS they suffered from in the UWF .... In Beyond, guys like the Rock get their chance to ‘FINALLY COME BACK’ or people like Hulk Hogan get to flourish like never before ....

Speaking of opportunity, that’s what our first match is all about .... This is a 10 team, invitational Royal Rumble-style battle royal involving free agent tag teams .... Once one person is eliminated, the team is eliminated .... Not only that, but the final 2 surviving teams will be added to the Beyond tag team title tournament and face each other in a first round match TONIGHT!

STORYLINES:

1. Teams enter at the same time instead of one at a time.  If one member of the team is eliminated, then he whole team is eliminated ....
2. The shocker of the night is the entrance of Johnny Gargano .... Last week he was a member of the GLORY roster fighting for the world tag titles .... What is more surprising is his partner .... HIS WIFE CANDICE LERAE!!!!  These guys were the last reigning Progress tag team champions!!!!  
3. Candice & Johnny are the Cinderella story of this match .... They almost get eliminated several times, but every time Candice almost gets tossed Johnny is working overtime and keeps her from being eliminated .... The final 3 teams are Imperium (Barthel & Aichner), Johnny & Candice, and Grizzled Young Veterans (Drake & Gibson) .... we flash back to their HOT feud in the last days of Progress .... The action continues and we see Imperium set Gibson up for the but Gargano breaks it up .... With Barthel on the top, Johnny catapults Candice all the way to the top rope and she hits a huricanrana to the floor on the stunned Barthel!!!!  Johnny catches Candice on the way down, keeping her from hitting the floor so Imperium is eliminated!  The final 2 teams are Grizzled Young Vets and Johnny & Candice!!!!



Mauro says he in Progress to witness history first-hand when Johnny & Candice became not only the first inter-gender team to win a tag team title, but the first husband-wife team to do it as well .... Due to the circumstances of it being a tag team match, there is a way to book this to make it work and disguise things like Candice obviously being a woman, and a smaller woman at that .... Johnny doing most of the work gets him sympathy as the babyface and levels the playing field ....

There is a lot of heat on this because the fans remember this feud from Progress .... The match starts right away and Gibson & Drake attack Johnny and Candice .... they have a score to settle .... Johnny gets tossed and the Vets beat the fuck out of Candice .... Johnny is forced to sit there and watch, but comes in and breaks up the count every time Candice is about to get pinned .... Johnny has finally seen enough and comes in and takes out both members of GYV .... The ref tries to put Johnny out but loses control .... Somewhere in the chaos Candice hits the Balls-Plex on Drake into the buckles .... Johnny is finally legally tagged in!  Johnny runs wild, getting several near-falls but the Vets turn the tide and hit Ticket to Mayhem on Johnny!  Gibson covers but Candice is in to break up the pin!  Gibson grabs Candice and hits Helter Skelter and she’s out!  Johnny with the slingshot spear to Gibson, but Drake with a superkick .... 450 MISSES!  Candice is back up and low blows Drake!  ONE FINAL BEAT by Johnny!  3 count!!!!  They did it!

Wrestling’s Cinderella story continues as the husband/wife duo advances in the Beyond tag team title tournament ....







This has a whole Cold War/ Rocky IV vibe to it as the Russians come out draped in the Russian flag and still wearing Kurt Angles gold medals .... Ivan Koloff is on crutches from the attack by Angle last week and having the ankle lock put on him .... Angle gets a monster reaction as he comes out draped in the American Flag ....

Nikita shows off the gold medals, which pisses Angle off and he charges into the ring but Koloff is all over him as he hammers away .... Angle is tossed to the floor and Nikita follows up whipping him into the barricade .... Nikita continues to pound away, but Angle rallies with a belly to belly .... Angle fires off with rights and a clothesline, but Nikita catches Angle in a backbreaker to stop the rally .... Nikita nails a tombstone piledriver, but only gets a near-fall!  Nikita kicks away at Angles ribs, then hits a sit-out powerbomb but Angle kicks out!  Ivan pulls the padding off the top turnbuckle but Angle turns the tables and slams Nikitas head into the unprotected buckle!  Both men are down .... from here, Angle rallies with a series of rolling German suplexes .... DOWN COME THE STRAPS!  Angle goes for the ankle lock, but Ivan is on the apron .... Angle lets go and knocks Ivan off the apron with a right hand, but this allows Nikita to grab Angle and toss him into the exposed turnbuckle!  Angle is down and Nikita crouches for the Russian Sickle .... he charges, but Angle side-steps at the last second and school boys Nikita!  1 ... 2 ... 3!!!!

Angle slides out of the ring as Ivan comes in and takes a swing at him with the crutch .... Angle celebrates his win ....








We see The Revival attacking and injuring Cody’s knee last week on TV .... Cody is wearing a heavy brace on his knee, and Dustin quickly makes sure to start the match for his team .... Dustin controls early but eventually the fact that he won’t tag Cody catches up to him .... Dustin gets worked over, but he fires up and takes out Dash & Dawson .... Dustin has a chance to tag in Cody but won’t, but we get a spot where Dustin is knocked down into the corner and Cody reaches down and tags himself in!  Cody is in and runs wild!  He hits a disaster kick on Dash, then grabs both Dash & Dawson and hits a double DDT .... Cody continues to run wild, and hits Cross Rhodes on Dawson for 2 but Dash grabs Dawson’s foot and puts it on the ropes!  Dustin is tossed as Cody fights off Dawson, but Dash comes in and destroys Cody’s knee with a chop block!  Dash ties Cody’s injured knee up in a knee bar and then Dawson comes off the top and stomps on it like they did on TV ....
Dawson goes straight into the inverted figure four!!!!  Cody reaches for the ropes .... he tries to hold on ... but he can’t take it and is forced to tap out!

POST MATCH: Dustin is obviously frustrated at what happened as he checks on his injured brother ....

‘CULT OF PERSONALITY’ by Living Colour hits and we get a surprise appearance from the UWF world heavyweight champion CM PUNK along with PAUL HEYMAN .... JENN DECKER is in the ring to interview Punk, and she introduces him as the #1 contender for the IWA world title ....


PUNK - ‘Whoa, hold on a second.  What did you say?  Number 1 contender?  Get the facts straight sweetheart because I AM NOT the number one contender!  I ... AM ... THE ... WORLD CHAMPION!  I’m the man, NOT Hulk Hogan.  I’m not out here for some pose down, I’m the Best in the World.  And I’m here to address my challenge to Hulk Hogan from last week.  You want CM Punk in the ring?  You want a shot at MY world title?  Then I want it in a ‘Best of 3’ series and nothing less!    It's real simple Hogan, the first match will be right here, in BEYOND .... The winner of match 1 picks the stipulation of match 2.  So what do you say 'Hulkster'?  I’ve been waiting for an answer .... And let me just say that the fact that I even have to face you in a match at all is ludicrous, because I hold a title with lineage and prestige and one that has actually been defended all over the world .... Hulk Hogan has a belt, and he’s going all over the world facing everyone he can to try to prove he is worthy to call himself champion .... I don’t do that because I don’t HAVE to do that .... I’ve proven time and time again that I am what I say I am, and that is ‘the Best in the ...’

Holy shit that’s Matt Riddle!  Riddle heads to the ring in his flip flops and hops over the ropes ....

RIDDLE - ‘CM Punk .... What’s up Bro? ....’

PUNK - ‘Don’t ever call me that again ....’

RIDDLE - ‘Easy Bro .... Dont get heated .... honestly I just came out here because I wanted to get a closer look at that world heavyweight title and introduce myself .... buuuuuut, now that I’m out here I have to say that belt you’ve got looks real good ....  ....’

PUNK - ‘Well take a picture because it’s something you will never have .... now get out of my ring ....’


RIDDLE - ‘You know Bro, I heard everything you said, and I believe you .... But if you’re the best in the world, then I think it would be cool if you gives these fans in Sacramento a treat and put that world title on the line right here tonight ....’

PUNK - ‘Against who?  You?  You don’t even have shoes on!’

RIDDLE - ‘Chill out bro .... It’s a personal choice .... I’ve fought all over the world, in every type of ring there is .... I’ve fought in the UFC .... you know what that’s like right? ....

* this gets a pop from the crowd as Riddle references Punk’s brief stint in the UFC .... Punk is pissed now ....*

PUNK - ‘I’m not your Bro! .... And as far as these people go, they don’t deserve anything!  But I’ll tell you what.  You’ve come out here and you want to disrespect me .... disrespect the world champion!  You are nothing, you’re a no one, and now you’ve pissed me off!  So I’ll tell you what .... you want a shot?  Fine!’

Punk tries to take a cheap shot at Riddle when Riddle is distracted by Heyman .... He charges .... AND RUNS RIGHT INTO THE FINAL FLASH FROM RIDDLE!  Punk is KNOCKED OUT!  The bell hasn’t even rang and Punk is knocked out!  Heyman quickly rushes to Punk, and Riddle kicks off the flip flops and says let’s go!  He is yelling for the ref to ring the bell, but the ref allows Punk to try to clear his head a little bit .... the bell rings!



Riddle comes at Punk and pushes the advantage with strikes .... Punk hasn’t even taken his shirt off yet .... Riddle goes into a series of deadlift karelin (gutwrench) suplexes, and Punk rolls to the floor to get away .... Heyman tries to talk to Punk, but Riddle slides to the apron and hits a PK off the apron on Punk!  Back in the ring Riddle is in control with a fisherman buster and then the Bro-ton for a close 2!  Punk is on the ropes here .... Punk dodges a corner splash and hits Riddle with the step-up knee strike and then the bulldog .... Pepsi Twist gets a 2 count, then goes up top .... Riddle is up and stops him but they both fall off the top and Riddle ends up crotched on the top rope .... this allows Punk to springboard in with a clothesline!  Cover only gets 2!  Punk with kicks and stomps in the corner but Riddle fires back with open hand slaps .... Punk stops it all by kicking Riddle in the exposed ankle and then stomps on it .... Punk with a neckbreaker and then hits the macho man elbow off the top for a 2 count .... Riddle counters Go to Sleep with elbows and slips out .... Powerbomb to Punk!  He flips Punk up to his knees .... FINAL FLASH!  1 ... 2 ... Nooooo!  Heyman is having a coronary at ringside!  Riddle scoops Punk up for Bro 2 Sleep but Punk lands on his feet and hits a big roundhouse to the head of Riddle!  Both guys are down!!!!  Punk goes for the Anaconda Vice but Riddle shows his superior ground game and reverses out into the Bro-Mission!!!!  Riddle fights to get the hold locked in, but Punk is able to roll backwards into a cradle and stacks Riddle up for the 1 ... 2 ... 3!


POST MATCH: Punk and Heyman quickly escape and Punk is clutching the UWF title and realizing that he just escaped with his life basically .... Riddle holds up his fingers and shows Punk how close he was ....





We get a clean start as Bryan is determined to prove he is the superior wrestler .... Bryan takes it to the mat and stretches Jericho early on, making it almost look easy .... Jericho with a kitchen sink knee that stops all that, and he stomps on Bryan and mocks the ‘YES!’ chant .... Bryan battles back with a backflip out of the corner and then a running clothesline .... Bryan lays in with the ‘Yes’ kicks as the crowd chants along with him .... Jericho’s chest is red from Bryan kicking the shit out of him .... Jericho ducks the big roundhouse kick and rolls to the floor, but Bryan wipes him out with the flying knee off the apron to the floor! .... Bryan rolls back in and goes for a suicide dive, but Jericho cuts him off with a big forearm smash .... Bryan is whipped into the steps, and now Jericho is in control .... Jericho punishes Bryan but Bryan tries to battle back only for Jericho to catch him in a bulldog for a 2 count .... Jericho goes for the Lionsault but Bryan gets the knees up and then comes back with the running dropkicks in the corner ... Jericho blocks one and counters into the Walls of Jericho!  ASK HIM!  Bryan counters out into a roll up for 2!  They both get back to their feet and Bryan runs right into the Judas Effect out of nowhere!  The force of the blow knocks Bryan all the way to the floor!  Jericho tries to bring him in, but Bryan is dead weight so he tells the ref to count him out .... Bryan beats the count in at 9!!!!  Jericho immediately goes for the Judas Effect but Bryan ducks!  Regal-plex!  1 ... 2 ... Noooo!  Bryan up top ... FLYING HEADBUTT MISSES!  Jericho goes for the Walls again, but Bryan fights it and turns it into the YES Lock!  Jericho blocks it and Bryan transitions into the trapped elbows!  Jericho battles out again and goes for the Walls of Jericho but Bryan grabs him in a triangle choke!!!!  Jericho tries to escape, but Bryan rains down the elbow strikes to the top of Jericho’s head!!!!  Jericho rolls over and stacks Bryan into a pinning position, but Bryan keeps raining down the elbows .... his shoulders are down .... 1 ... 2 ... JERICHO TAPS ... 3!!!!

The bell rings and Bryan lets go and reacts as if he has won the title, and so do the fans .... The ref is talking to the ring announcer about something, and other referees are out to talk to him and they are having a conference at ringside .... we look at the replay and see that Bryan’s shoulders were down for the 3 count, just as Jericho tapped out to the triangle .... The ref has no choice but to rule the match a draw!       The fans are chanting ‘5 MORE MINUTES!’ But Jericho grabs the belt and heads out .... Now the fans start chanting ‘BULLSHIT’ .... Bryan chases Jericho down and attacks him in the aisle!  He tosses him back in and starts laying in the Yes Kicks to the chest!  ‘YES! YES! YES! YES!’ .... he winds up for the big roundhouse but Jericho ducks!  Jericho goes for a Codebreaker but Bryan turns it into a backdrop and Jericho holds on and tries for a sunset flip .... Bryan blocks it and gets the YES LOCK on Jericho!!!!  JERICHO TAPS!!!!  

What just happened???  Was that an official match???  Bryan’s music hits and he grabs the title and celebrates in the crowd!!!!






The crowd is still buzzing after the finish of the ELITE title match, and now it is time for our main event ....



Rock hits the ring and immediately fires right hands on Michaels .... stomps in the corner .... HBK gets clotheslines over the top to the floor and he’s bumping like crazy for the Rock .... Shawn goes for his comeback sequence, but Rock ducks the flying forearm .... Rock with a Samoan Drop for 2 .... HBK tries to bail out to get away but Rock beats him around ringside .... HBK cuts Rock off coming back in with a swinging neckbreaker and now HBK gets a breather .... HBK with a chinlock but Rock battles out and whips HBK into the corner and he goes upside down and over the top .... Rock catches him on the apron but HBK pokes him in the eye and then slides in under him but runs right into a spinebuster!  Off comes the elbow pad, but Rock hits the ropes and HBK kips up and hits the forearm smash .... both guys are down!  HBK kips up again, and heads up top, but this time Rock stops him and hits a big super-plex!!!!  Both guys to their feet and they are slugging it out, and the ref gets bumped .... low blow to the Rock by HBK!  He tunes up the band for Sweet Chin Music, but Rock sidesteps and grabs him .... ROCK BOTTOM!  No ref!    Rock tries to get the ref up, but doesn’t see HBK is up .... Rock turns, RIGHT INTO SWEET CHIN MUSIC!!!!  HBK has the cover and another ref runs out of the back .... 1 ... 2 ... Rock kicks out!!!!  Shawn is pissed, so he takes out the new ref with Sweet Chin Music!!!!  He turns, SPINEBUSTER BY ROCK .... he hits the ropes and drills HBK with the Peoples Elbow!!!!  Rock has the pin again, but again no ref ....

Suddenly, a huge 7ft man hits the ring and lays the Rock out with a clothesline .... It’s ...



... DIESEL!!!!

Diesel picks Rock up and drills him with the Jackknife powerbomb!  He pulls HBK on top of Rock, and tosses the ref back in the ring ... The ref counts 1 ... 2 ... 3!!!!  


HBK & Diesel stand tall to end the show ....

I can already see Gargano and Candice will be big here.

Dammit..... was hoping Nikita got the win here
