EARLIER TODAY: We get video footage of IWA World Champion Hulk Hogan arriving at the Beyond Asylum .... CHARLY CARUSO tries to get a word with him regarding CM Punk after Punk showed up as part of the UWF contingent and attacked Hogan at the XWA Parade of Champions show .... Hogan just walks past her, he’s here to confront CM Punk tonight ....


We go live to ringside as Mauro & Graves put over tonight’s show .... - They talk about how last week the ‘Real World Champion’ CM PUNK and PAUL HEYMAN called out Hulk Hogan to meet him here this week for a special showdown .... Then, at the XWA Parade of Champions show, Punk showed up as part of the UWF invasion and attacked Hulk Hogan again, choking him out with the Anaconda Vice.  Punk and Heyman are here tonight and we just saw the arrival of Hulk Hogan.  What will happen tonight????  And we dont have a chance to stop to catch our breath as we now turn our sights to next week in the GOLDEN 1 CENTER in SACRAMENTO as Beyond Wrestling presents ‘INCEPTION’ !!!! ....



The pyro erupts and then we get the Millennium Countdown like 1999 Chris Jericho before it stops and then breaks into ‘JUDAS’ by Fozzy .... Out comes the new Beyond ELITE champion Chris Jericho!  A ‘THANK YOU JERICHO!’ chant breaks out from a small pocket of the audience ....

JERICHO - ‘Quiet .... Quiet .... As I sat in the back in my personal trailer, my posh quarters enjoying ‘A LITTLE BIT OF THE BUBBLAAAY’, I realized that the only way to properly begin this show was with me, your ELITE champion.  Not because you deserve it, oh no.  It was because I have only one thing to say to you stupid idiots and that is this: I ... TOLD ... YOU ... SO!  I told you, I told every one of you .... I did what no one else has ever done and that is defeat 24 other superstars to become the very first Beyond ELITE champion .... and where is my thank you?  Where is my round of applause?  My standing ovation?  It doesn’t matter, because from now on you idiots are to refer to me as ‘Lé Champion’ .... That’s right, I am more valuable than Han Solo dipped in carbonite, worth more than Marcellus Wallace’s briefcase in Pulp Fiction, and more revered than the Ark of the Covenant .... All of you should bow down on your knees and thank me because now, more than ever, I rightfully deserve the praise of the entire BEYOND fanbase, the locker room, backstage, front office, all across the board ....

But you know what?  On second thought that’s ok because I’ve got my own ‘thank you’ right here .... the ELITE title .... So even if all of you did thank me I wouldn’t accept it .... Instead, maybe I should be the one congratulating all of you STUPID IDIOTS out there .... Congratulations on having Chris Jericho as your Beyond ELITE champion .... the pleasure is all yours .... You know, I could stand up here for hours and brag about my accomplishments, but rubbing it in your little faces isn’t even fun anymore because I am above all of you, above all everyone watching, everyone in the back .... and I’m going to destroy Daniel Bryan next week at INCEPTION .... so I’ll leave you with this: I’m Chris Jericho baby!  Le Champion .... you’re welcome ....’

‘FINAL COUNTDOWN’ by Europe hits and brings out Daniel Bryan!!!!  Bryan cuts a promo and says Jericho talks too much .... so next week he’s going to shut him up and take his title .... he will be too busy spitting out his teeth to talk or drink ‘A LITTLE BIT OF THE BUBBLAY’ .... Jericho calls Bryan jealous of him both in and out of the ring .... Bryan says he makes no excuses, he was eliminated last week, but he promises to make sure Jericho’s reign is a short one ....

Out comes Finn Balor to a monster pop!  Balor makes his way out and gives the finger gun salute to Jericho .... Jericho makes some smart ass comment about being bulletproof .... Balor puts Bryan over as being tough and maybe the best technician in BEYOND, but Balor was within an eyelash of winning the belt and was the last eliminated .... Balor says it should be him facing Jericho next week .... Jericho makes comments trying to play Bryan and Balor against each other, and it leads to Bryan challenging Balor to a match TONIGHT!  Balor accepts!




We start off tonight with a little tag team action that is a little early preview of the Beyond tag team title tournament, which gets kicked off with 2 matches next week at INCEPTION .... Good, back and forth action here that sees the Rhodes’ get the win when Dustin pins Barthel following the Final Cut ....

POST MATCH: The Revival hit the ring and attack Cody and Dustin!  It is revealed that the Revival and Rhodes Boys will meet at INCEPTION in a first round tournament match .... Dustin gets taken out with the Shatter Machine, while Dawson ties up Cody’s legs and Dash comes off the top and stomps Cody’s knee!  The Steiners hit the ring and run off the Revival, but Cody is hurt bad and being tended to as we go to the back ....


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ CHARLY CARUSO

Charly is chasing Hulk Hogan as he stalks his way through the backstage area, and she finally catches up with him as he is searching for CM Punk .... He busts up in the locker room, but Paul Heyman is the only one there .... Heyman begs off but him by the throat and demands to know where Punk is .... Heyman assures Hogan that Punk is here tonight, and says ‘with all due respect’ Hogan is on the world champion’s time, not the other way around .... Hogan tells Heyman he has until the end of the show to get Punks ass in that ring or he’s going to be coming for Heyman ....



Page took advantage of Kurt Angle attacking Nikita during the Match Beyond last week and eliminated the Russian .... that hasn’t sat well with Nikita all week .... Nikita is especially vicious in this one, attacking Page before the bell and dominating .... Page shows some fire, but Nikita stops him every time he tries to fight back .... Page fires up and we get a double-down spot, when out of the back comes Kurt Angle!!!!  Angle attacks Ivan Koloff at ringside!  He takes Ivan to the top of the ramp and locks on the ankle lock!!!!  Nikita gets up and finally realizes what is going on, and he leaves the ring to go after Angle .... Angle meets Nikita in the aisle and they start brawling and it goes all the way backstage!  The ref puts on the count and Nikita is counted out!

POST MATCH:  Nikita and Angle continue to wildly brawl, and it takes nearly the entire locker room to break them up .... Angle is screaming that he’s gonna break Nikita’s freakin ankle!


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ JENN DECKER

JENN is with The Revival after their attack on the Rhodes’ brothers earlier .... Dash & Dawson are hurriedly getting their bags .... Dawson says they are a Reality Check for this tag team division and they have their sights set on the Beyond tag team titles .... they are the best tag team on this planet ... not the Steiners, not the Rhodes, and damn sure not Miz & Morrison .... They arent just called the Revival because it’s classy, they are called the Revival because of what they represent and that is text book tag team wrestling .... and this is all part of their master plan to become the first Beyond tag team titles ....


Up next, The Steiners come out and call out the Revival .... Scott says the Revival targeted the Steiners because they are the baddest tag team around .... They have been champions at every level, from pee wee football to NCAA division 1 wrestling .... they aren’t in this for participation trophies .... so if the Revival want the Beyond tag titles they are going to have to go through the Steiner Brothers ....

Rick says he and his brother are standing in the middle of the ring right now if they want some, come get some!  Instead, we get the debut of WAR MACHINE!  Rowe says War Machine wants some!  



This is a hard-hitting battle with both tag teams looking equally impressive .... Scott Steiner is really starting to shine individually in these matches, and his unique move set is on full display .... After 10 brutal minutes, Scott is able to take out Hanson with a top rope frankensteiner, which leaves Rowe alone in the ring against both Steiners .... Rowe puts up a good fight but falls victim to the Doomsday DDT from the Steiners for the pin ....


BACKSTAGE SEGMENT w/ CHARLY CARUSO

Charly Caruso is with the Rock and we take a look at the events of last week .... Shawn Michaels led to the elimination of the Rock from The Match Beyond, but the Rock came back and took Shawn Michaels out of the match by putting him through TWO tables with the Rock Bottom ....




ROCK - ‘‘FINALLY . . . THE ROCK . . . HAS COME BACK . . . TO LOOOOS ANGEEEELLLLEEEESSSS!  7 Days .... The Rock says 7 Days Shawn Michaels .... 7 Days till you go one on one with the Great One .... You wanna talk about The Match Beyond, you want to talk about the 2 superkicks .... Well, the Rock doesn’t cry over spilt milk .... because 2 superkicks = 2 Rock Bottoms .... you cost the Rock, the Rock cost you .... but we ain’t even .... we ain’t even this week, we ain’t even next week and after INCEPTION we still ain’t gonna be even .... The Rock is comin to INCEPTION to whoop that candy ass so all you can do Shawn Michaels, is GET READY .... IF YA SMELL .... WHAT THE ROCK ....

Up next, Lance Storm is out .... ‘If I can be serious for a minute’ .... Storm debuts a new gimmick of being the best ‘Pure’ wrestler in Beyond .... He still demands that everyone rise for the playing of the Canadian national anthem .... Storm says from now on he will only wrestle under Pure Wrestling Rules, and he goes over the rules for everyone ....

1. 20 count out of the ring
2. 3 rope breaks to stop a submission or pin.  Once the rope breaks are used, submissions or pins in the ropes are legal
3. No closed fists to the face, only open hand strikes or chops.  Punches to other body parts are permitted (excluding low blows).  First use of closed fist = warning.  After the 2nd he loses a rope break.  3rd = disqualified.



This is a highly technical match with some high-flying from TJP .... Storm shows good athleticism with a springboard dropkick .... Storm forces TJP to use up his rope breaks, then he finishes him off by locking on the Canadian Maple Leaf .... TJP taps out ....






This is our main event, and the fans are split on who they want to cheer for .... Bryan will face Jericho for the ELITE title at INCEPTION, but Balor was the final man eliminated in the Match Beyond, so he feels he is the top challenger ....

This match serves mainly to whet the appetite of fans as they leave a lot of meat on the bone here .... They circle, lockup and Balor with a side headlock but Bryan counters with the head scissors .... Balor kips out but this time Bryan gets the headlock and Balor returns the favor with the head scissors .... Bryan starts in with the strikes, but Balor fires back with a back elbow and a standing double stomp .... Bryan rolls to the floor, and Balor misses a double stomp attempt off the apron and Bryan dropkicks the knee .... Bryan with a dragonscrew in the ropes and now he takes over .... Bryan keeps attacking the knee, Balor fights him off and cradles him for 2 .... Bryan rolls into an Indian death lock, Balor fights and escapes and hits the Pele .... Balor is hobbled but fights back with the Final Cut for 2, but Bryan dumps him and hits a suicide dive that wipes both guys out .... Here comes Jericho and he has a ‘little bit of the bubbly’ in his hand and he’s drinking it .... he yells at Balor and Bryan .... Balor hits the Shotgun Dropkick and kicks Jericho through the barricade!  He tosses Bryan back in the ring .... SLINGBLADE!  He crouches in the opposite corner as Bryan gets up .... He charges for the Shotgun Dropkick, BUT JERICHO Is THERE TO CUT HIM OFF WITH THE CODEBREAKER!  That’s enough for the ref to toss the match out ....

POST MATCH: Jericho has the bottle of bubbly and is going to hit Balor with it, but Bryan nails Jericho with the Busaiku knee!  Bryan locks on the YES Lock and Jericho is tapping out!  Balor pulls Bryan off of Jericho, then drills Jericho with the Bloody Sunday!  The faces end up face to face and we have a staredown .... Balor picks up the bottle of bubbly and smiles, raising it to Bryan .... Bryan picks the ELITE title up and looks at it closely before raising it ....



BACKSTAGE: A camera follows Hulk Hogan as hell makes his way toward the ring ....


Hogan’s music hits and he comes out to the ring .... He’s tired of waiting .... He’s standing in the middle of the ring and he wants Punk out here NOW!  No more cheap shots, no more run ins .... Hogan calls Punk a fake and says he couldn’t draw flies at a picnic .... He stands no chance against the ‘largest arms in the world’ and he’s going to slap on the Python Clutch and make Punk cry and snap his little turkey neck ....

Instead, out comes Paul Heyman .... Heyman condescendingly puts Hogan over, and says he is a champion, he’s just not the WORLD champion .... Hogan is the best that the IWA has to offer, but he’s not the ‘Best in the World’ .... that monicker belongs to his client .... Hogan has heard enough and he starts to back Heyman into a corner, but it’s a setup as Punk comes from behind and blasts Hogan with the UWF world title as he turns around!  Punk smiles at Heyman, and Hogan is down and we see he’s been busted open!  Punk hammers him with right hands, then takes the UWF title and waits for Hogan to get up before blasting him with it again!  Hogan is a bloody mess!  Punk picks him up and hits the GTS!  Now the Anaconda Vice is locked in and Punk chokes Hogan out again!!!!  Punk takes the mic ....


PUNK - ‘Is this the best that the IWA has to offer? There is your so-called champion laying right there! Hogan ... I know you cant hear me. Because you're unconscious, because I just choked you out with MY move. Hogan ... you ... got ... Punk'd. The last 2 times you have been in the ring with me I have left you laying, so Hogan you just remember one thing when you wake up from your little nap ... again ... and that is I AM THE BEST IN THE WORLD! But I know you came here for a challenge Hogan, so here is my challenge to you: You want me, you can have me. But this is my stipulation. I dont just want one match, no no no. I want a 'Best out of 3'. I want the chance to beat you over and over again. But, lets face it, its only gonna take 2 matches. What do you say 'Hulkster', lets not let all these fans of yours down. I am the 'Best in the World' and I am the rightful and REAL world heavyweight champion. The blood of the IWA is now on my hands now, so here is your chance to prove ... me ... wrong!'


MAURO - 'Oh my GOD! CM Punk has laid out the IWA world champion again! And he has made the challenge to Hogan to find out who really IS the real world champion!!!'

GRAVES - 'Maybe when Hogan wakes up, he can give us an answer ...'

MAURO - 'We're out of time fans! We've got to go ....'

Punk steps on the IWA world title and raises the UWF title high in the air .... Hogan is unconscious and a bloody mess .... Punks music plays as the show ends ....
