Roddy Piper vs Jerry Lawler : After 13 minutes of action . This thing gets out of hand and both men after shoving the ref get DQ’d . Security pulls them apart , but they keep getting free . Finally it moves up the back .
Charlotte Flair : vs Sexy Star : Sexy is the early going has Charlotte a bit mixed up , but in the end Charlotte works the leg and gets the Figure 8 submission .
Sherri Martel vs Carmella : The trash talking Carmella is outstanding in the early going , but she telegraphs her Superkick , Sherri takes over and ends it with a top rope splash for the 3 count .
The US Express vs Vader & Bam Bam : Poor Mike Rotunda takes so much heat in this , but Bam Bam misses a top rope diving headbutt and Mike tags in Barry who cleans house . Late in the match after a Vader miscue Barry sinks in the Claw , while Mike brawls with Bam Bam out on the floor . Vader passes out and is bleeding from the claw hold . Tex Cobb gives the victory to the US Express . Barry Windham has just beaten the tv champion .
Intermission
HHH vs Magnum TA : Magnum has been red hot as of late . Spouting a 6 and 2 record over his last 8 matches . But the Game is spots the belly to belly , puts on the breaks , kicks Magnum in the chest and then tosses him out of the ring . After bouncing his head off the ring post , he rolls him in and ends it with the Pedigree for the 3 count .
Super Junior Heavyweight Title Dynamite Kid ( C) vs MJF : MJF is in a bad mood and wants revenge. These two tear it up for 28 minutes , but Dynamite goes to the loaded glove , knocks MJF silly and then ends it with an inverted Piledriver .
Bockwinkle and Race vs Demolition: This is a match the fans have been waiting for . The two teams don’t disappoint. After 45 minutes of brutal action , Bockwinkle gets the pin on Smash after hitting him with the belt .
Superstar Billy Graham vs Bob Backlund : A great 22 minutes of action. Graham submits Bob in a Bearhug .
After the match the G Club come out and attack Graham . Jones is begging Backlund to put Graham in the Crossface Chicken Wing, but imagine Jones’ suppose when Backlund goes the other direction and puts Jones in it . Now Jack , Bockwinkle and Harley go after Backlund , but Graham puts Bockwinkle in a Full Nelson . Magnum TA and Kofi come out of the back to help . The G Club clear the ring . Kofi talks Backlund into letting Jones go . EMTs rush to his aid , while Backlund is welcomed by his new found friends and fans chanting , “ Bobby , Bobby , Bobby . “
