Okay, So lets talk about things going forward.

1. Title voting (Here are some options)

a: No Self Voting at all

b: Only Self Voting if in Top 1 or 2

c: Self voting only if you're in top 5

(I decided to erase the Self voting no matter where you are in Rankings because honestly that's stupid. So here are the 3 choices. Please vote. Once this is decided we will move on to the next topic. No need to toss everything at the wall at once.)

I vote C. I dont think it should be limited to just 2 possible people

Another reason I like the self vote.... if you cant vote for yourself, the champion automatically has a 1-0 advantage

Well I am in the minority here because I will vote A. If the philosophy here is that we are here to help each other out and grow together, then I think self-voting kind of undermines that. It just makes it seem like people could be out for themselves.

I think if you are the champion then your vote shouldn't count for that division either. That rules out the advantage Chair was talking about.

A: Make Title voting public

B: It remains hidden but every month someone else handles the voting. (is: January Chad, February Me; March Chair etc.

C: give title voting to one person for 4 month intervals. No one gets it twice a year.
