****** We go to Mauro, Wade Barrett & Renee Young at the announce desk and they put over tonight’s show as we are ready for our first segment *Progress tag team champions The Grizzled Young Vets arrive .... Gibson complains about the ‘rib’ being played on them because Johnny & Candice have been added to the tag team title match next week .... They have been disrespected since they stepped foot in this company and they are sick of it ....
This brings out Imperium (Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner) .... Barthel says their issues are with the Grizzled Young Vets because Imperium deserve the titles .... Gibson asks them who they have ever beaten, they have beaten no one .... BUT, that’s better than anything Johnny and Candice have done because they don’t even deserve to be in the ring with them .... Imperium says the mat is sacred to them, and the Garganos disgrace it .... but so do the Vets ....
This begins a brawl between Imperium and GYV but out of the back run Johnny & Candice to join in! Gibson superkicks the hell out of Candice, then stands over her and talks trash to her because she should never have gotten involved .... Johnny attacks Gibson, then wipes him out on the floor with a dive! .... Brawling on the floor and then Candice hits a moonsault off the top onto everyone brawling at ringside .... security is out to break it up as we head to the back ....

He says Cena says he’s the absolute man, but Scurll is the one true villain and that’s who Cena will come face to face with at the Bash ....
Finn Balor interrupts .... he has a problem with Scurll and the fact that the fans love him but he’s a villain .... Balor says don’t forget who THE top star is around here, and who beat him for the Atlas title .... Scurll says he beat Balor in the World Cup, and Balor will be lucky to survive Keith Lee at the Bash ....

**** Genesis champion Drew McIntyre comes out to the ring .... his ribs are still taped .... he addresses MVP’s comments last week about climbing mountains but it being harder to breathe at the top .... But McIntyre IS the mountain! .... He told MVP if Fatu wants a match then be a man and come ask him for one .... because, hurt or not, he wants Fatu!
MVP and Fatu come out on the ramp .... Fatu says McIntyre and EC3 are boys, so he needs to go talk to him and get the contract ready .... He knows McIntyre won’t, because of how bad Fatu busted him up last time .... next time, he will beat him until the white meat shows .... McIntyre says ‘why wait?’ and wants to fight now, but MVP says until they get a contract, it’s ‘No Contract, No Contact’ ....

She says Rhea Ripley is a fake champion because Rousey put the ‘real’ champion Charlotte Flair out of action .... and now Ripley just wants to ‘tear the house down’ with Charlotte but Rousey just wants to tear arms off .... Rousey says these bitches in the locker room are fake fighters and being in the ring with them is an insult because she’s a real fighter and they are just entertainers .... Rousey says her interview time is up and she terminates the feed ....

No ropes or turnbuckles and the catwalk platform above the Cage .... Lots of stiff work and strikes and both guys take a lot of punishment .... Lots of submission attempts with Strong targeting the stitches in O’Reilleys mouth from their recent hybrid rules match .... Things work up to the catwalk, with Strong hooking the Strong Hold on Kyle with him dangling down from the platform .... However, someone in a hooded sweatshirt comes out of the crowd and starts climbing the cage .... POWDER IN THE EYES OF STRONG! O’Reilley takes advantage and knocks Strong off the platform and he crashes to the mat!
The person in the hoodie pulls back the hood to reveal BOBBY FISH! Fish is back! CHASING THE DRAGON!!!! O’Reilley covers and gets the 1 ... 2 ... 3!
